The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I completely agree in this complaint. I was an employee in year 2009. I do not understand why all of a sudden I was terminated for no reason. one day, I was informed not to report at work then I kept on asking my schedule without any response. mon sabado then asked me to report at work the next day to tell me and some friends that it would be our last day. years had passed and had this courage to check my gov't files such as sss, pag ibig. we received payslips seeing our deductions but they did not appear on my accounts now. I asked for my final pay as well but did not receive anything until I learned they were gone for business.
Would you like to know where that company located now? they transfer to cebu to avoid
Charges and to continue to do their scam account. the real name of the owner is solomon sabado he is a mormons. he bring anna barcelona and joanna marie blas and some agents who are afraid to apply in metro manila in other call center.
They transfer to cebu june 2011 and the rest of the agents until now they did not receive their last pay.
They have case now in b.i. r. for tax evasion and in dole for nlrc.
There are lots of call centers in the philippines na walang permit, I mean, bakit masyado nyong paginitan ang allez? I was never involved in this company and everytime I hear or see the company's name, I remember something tragic in my life, but hey, hindi lang sila ang gumagawa nyan. actually, hindi lang sa call centers may ganyan, ayt? so why not focus in broader perspective? the only thing is, may isang agent na gumawa nang ganyang katinding kagagauhan, but that doesn't mean, sila lang ang ganyan, I even know a call center na malapit lang din dyan na walang working permit and may-ari, and he's a foreigner!

It is not only grant instructor that they are handling. there are lots of other camapaigns or products that they are selling. the most recent is the my funding opportunity and credit security services as well as the freedom financial guide. they are also with the grant research guide, blazing keywords, grants r us, grant approval network, google money tree, grantmasters online, eldercare link, dotcom secrets and etc. there are many products that they are selling which never existed. this is a scam company so you have to sue and punish them.
They are affiliated with bloosky also. the previous name of the company is e4e bpo but they changed it to allez bpo.

Really this company is a fraud and scam.. they are soo terrible I am calling the attention of philippine gov't to eliminate this kind of company who destructs the image of bpo industry.. aside from the fraud they are doing with they're customers and clients they are not remmiting they're tax revenue and other legal documents in short they are operating in the philippines illegally!

Very poor supervisor named mae, she don't know how to speak english, take note she is one of those supervisor who trained the agents how to be fluent in english but she dont speak english well, she speak tagalog all the time... other than that the company dont give the salary on time, no night differential, no double pay in times of holiday,. political issues.. favoritism..

Not only they are a scam company they are operating in the philippines without legal permit they are a illegitimate company here in the philippines they are not following the rules ordered by the dept. of labor and employment. to the philippine government please do an immediate action because they are really destroying the image of all bpo business. thank you
Yes! this a scam company... because I was work for a year here also in allez business process services inc. before it was e4e east asia customer solution.
And I think that this company charging the customer for services but it sometimes doesn't exist.
