One year ago, I took my vehicle to this shop for radiator and cooling fan repair, they notified me that my engine was losing compression, and I had a blown head gasket. So I agreed to them rebuilding my engine. He said, "this will be a fun build for us, we don't do many high performance engines" (2013 police charger, 345 hemi). I never saw any evidence of a blown head gasket, I also don't understand why he opted to get a long block, rather than rebuilding mine. After months, all I get are excuses, (mother died, tech died, tech quit, and finally he said I can't see". I told him he could return my car, and the $5,000.00 I put down on it. I am 62 years old, diabetic heart patient, I don't have forever, this job needs to be completed asap! Also I feel he owes me for a years auto insurance, and tag. If he can't get the work done, he certainly shouldn't be running a repair shop.
Desired outcome: I just want my engine finished, with no issues.
