We purchased a vehicle from here. Within the first week we started having problems. We have dealt with 3 different people there that said they was the owners. Come to find out the one we dealt with got fired. Within 1 month before the car payment was due we already spent over 500.00 in the car and continued to keep having problems. Within this month we had went back to car lot 6 times trying to get either a car that would run or help to fix this one. Also the tag was suppose to be in within the month and we didn't get it so they gave another drive out tag. Went back to car lot 4 days later having more problems with car and got tag but it had the month before it on the tag when we received it. We tried to trade the car for another one on lot and he wouldn't even work it out for that. We know and acknowledge they sale used cars and you don't get perfection from it and you may have few problems with cars. But to have all the major problems within the first month is ridiculous. Refusing to help is also ridiculous. After we bought car, we have heard nothing but bad abt this car lot. If we would have known then we would not have went there. Something needs to be said or done. All I wanted is a car that I can drive. In 7 weeks the car has been parked for 6 weeks and I have driven a total of 1 week. We have tried to get this resolved but there has been no working with the car lot

Desired outcome: I would like for them to take the car back and pay off the loan. I know we will not be able to get what we have spent on it.
