I thought I was ordering shakes from jenny craig but obviously this bogus company had picked up something from my debit card.. The bogus company is called alexbabo.com. Merchant discription is furniture equip. This bogus company is saying I received merchandise. I have proof that I never received this or any merchandise. I called and to prove this and why did chanse not follow through and stand behind a loyal customer of at least 35 to 40 years with chase.
Desired outcome: I WOULD LIVE CHASE TO APOLOGIZE AND GET RID OF THAT MERCHANT AND REFUND MY MONEY AND START INVESTIGATING THESE CLAIMS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS NOT THE MERCHANTS..CHASE WANTS ME TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE MERCHANT AND THERE IS NO LEGIT NUMBER..
Alexbabo, aka..freshlynutrifood, aka…suuforest,net ALL SCAM websites belonging to the same chinese scam vendor. Unfortunately I placed an order with Alexbabo, never received the ordered items, the bank gave me a temporary credit and then 3 months later they reversed it because supposedly the merchant provided information that the items were received. A COMPLETE lie and the investigation department should call themselves I believe in BS department because they did NOT perform any investigation. As of now alebabo.com NO LONGER exist and the merchant provided my bank with a hyperlinked tracking number which was directing to another fake website that looked like a carrier website reflecting that the order was received. The so called investigations department should have taken that tracking number and go directly to that carrier website and input the tracking number. I am still fighting with my bank because clearly they are NOT investigating and instead of trusting a customer that has been with them for a decade they trust a chinese scammer. The bank is Cap1 so beware people where you are also banking.
I ordered a supplement from them on 5/21/22 and have not received it. Today is 6/20/22 and by checking online, it seems to be a scam company. I am ashamed to say it, but I have encountered four sham companies. You would think I would have learned my lesson by now. I keep saying I will only order from companies that I know are legit even if the price is higher. I have had good luck with Amazon so far.

Very big scam
Ordered three bottles of benefiber…have photos on online order and receipt, and monies removed from bank account….nothing received in turn….
Alexbabo.com. I ordered from them April 9. They have charged my credit card but I have not received my items nor can I find a place to reach out to them.
This company is complete scam.
