My mother is 85 years old and has been trying to cancel a contract that she has ever signed. Due to her cognition issues, I am now assuming her business and assisting with decisions. We have several issues. 1. My mother hasn't had email access in over 3 years. 2. How could he have signed a contract 4/2025...when she has no email access. 3.The systems hasn't functioned in over 2 years. The city police threatened her with a fine due to the system sending false distress signals...so they disconnected it from city PD monitoring. 4. After trying to speak to someone to cancel services that she's not receiving anyway... I was flat out told" NO. WE ARE NOT CANCELLING. THERE IS A CONTRACT. 5. How do you have a digital contract that my mother NEVER signed.6. SO, I guess our only option is to not pay the bill. I feel as if this company is straight fraud and participating in predatory practices against the elderly. This company is not even worth 1 star. Try triple ZERO!
