We are a tenant in a commercial building managed by Alamitos Associates. They are constantly turning off AC and at times for several weeks with no explanation. In addition, they decided to do the improvement next to our office during business hours. We had brought it up the complaint so many times, but they don't seem to be responding accordingly to our lease agreement.
Desired outcome: We would like to be able to access our own unit thermostat without the landlord's control of it.
