I got my fridge repaired by Al Zarqa Technical Appliances Repair Centre (Al Qusais) on 15 January, and the fridge started over‑cooling from the very same day. They charged me a huge amount and gave a 1‑year service warranty, but after that they completely disappeared.
No response to WhatsApp messages, no reply to calls, and no technician sent despite repeated follow‑ups.
This is unprofessional, irresponsible, and misleading service.
They take the money and then ignore you.
Do NOT trust them for any appliance repair.
