Al Rajhi Bank & Geidia review: Complaint: delay in activating refund function on geidea pos devices

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the unreasonable delay in activating the refund function on our Geidea POS devices.

The issue has been outstanding for more than three months despite numerous follow-ups with both Al Rajhi Bank and Geidea Support. During this period, we have repeatedly contacted your teams, provided all requested information, and fully cooperated with every requirement. However, the issue remains unresolved.

The inability to process refunds through our POS devices has significantly impacted our business operations, customer satisfaction, and store efficiency. This prolonged delay is unacceptable, especially considering the time that has already elapsed without a permanent solution.

Actions Already Taken:

Reported the issue to Al Rajhi Bank and Geidea immediately after it occurred.
Followed up regularly with both support teams over the past three months.
Submitted all requested information and complied with all technical requirements.

Requested Resolution:
We request the immediate activation of the refund function on all affected Geidea POS devices and ask that this matter be escalated and resolved without any further delay. We also request written confirmation once the activation has been completed.
