I am complaining on behalf of Mary-Jane Dibilong ID no. [protected] contract, account no. [protected] and invoice no. A233844006 with Telkom. The company by the name of Akinga Vertical Servi which is labeled as Telkom shelf company started billing us R3,00 per day beginning of 20 July 2022 as a subscription, and from 11 August 2022 it started billing 2 times a day, then from 13 September 2022 it started billing 3 times a day, then from 21 October 2022 it started billing 4 times a day, and from 25 October 2022 it started billing 5 times a day just after complaining to Telkom service provider. She is the mother of 4 children earning just a minimum wage of R3500 a month as an intern (EPWP). This is clearly shows that the billing doesn't add up. Please have messy on us as your valued customers, or perhaps should we refer the matter to SABC morning live about such incidents.
My biggest concern is that when I do my research, almost 60-70% of your customers complain about this Akinga Vertical Servi which is the subsidiary of Telkom.
There are 100's of Telkom customers complaining about the same thing this should be looked into, being billed for something you have not subscribed to
