Air Tasker review: Brian O on airtasker

About a month ago I posted a task on Air Tasker to get my sons clutch fixed for his 18th birthday. I had a guy call Brian O told me that he had the knowledge and a team to do the work. So I accepted his quote. He sent two replies then just simply ghosted me. I tried and tried but silence. So I sent a complaint to air tasker and heard nothing back. Eventually I decided to cancel the task as they made me pay up front but I never got the task completed. The Air tasker system won't let me cancel the task. So I can't get my money back. So I have paid over $1000 for nothing. My sons car is still not fixed. I am really angry.
