Aibi review: Warranty claim

Purchased PowerBlocks for over $2000. After a couple of years, the power blocks are literally disintegrating. The supplier provided replacements for free, but Aibi wants significant payment for shipping, handling, services, admin and delivery. For over 4 months, emails are being ignored, phone calls not returned, and different numbers to be paid are being provided. But overtime the statement the rep makes is "you will have to pay"... In addition, they will not put you in charge with anyone who can make a decision.
