Today, I just put my lyca sim card into my phone again but this time you charged me for it £0.20 pence.

Why?

Are you going to charge me for it each time I put my sim card into my phone?

I have several other sim cards but they never charged me for it.

I have not asked you to send me imei number.

Why have you send it and charged me for it?

Please put my £0.20 pence back into my account.
