I am extremely irritated with Aerosoles online purchases. I made a online purchase this morning (around 9:30 AM) and realized I placed the order for wrong shoe sizes. I called the customer service unit around 4:00 PM to cancel or update my order for the correct sizes. I was told my the representative that no changes can be made on my order, even though it has been less than 8 hours from the time of purchase. I was told that I only had two options: accept the package and then resend it in for a refund, and wait the customary two weeks for return processing, or refuse the package and hope that Aerosole processes the return. The representative also told me to make another online order for the correct sizes, and be charged for both the unwanted pairs and the correct pairs. She also stated that my order was sent to the warehouse, which is why they wouldn't be able to cancel the order. Seriously, if the order was sent to the warehouse, and the package not assembled yet, then how hard can it be for Aerosoles to pull the package? I am so upset with this business, and will inform the public of how bogus their policies are. Business must not be good if they are trying to hold on to every cent as long as possible.
