I made ticket reservation with tavelwings, online travel agency, and I was charged SAR 7882 for six tickets.
The travel dates have been changed. So, I contacted the agency by email to change the reservation but the price difference was too much. I contacted the agency again to cancel the reservation and they sent me the cancellation fees of (Airline Cancellation Fee: AED 190 Per Person and Travelwings Service Fee: AED 50 Per Person). So the total cancellation fees per six tickets is 1440 SAR. I confirmed the cancellation and they send me a confirmation email that my booking has been cancelled and the refund has been initiated Refund Amount of SAR 6100. I contacted them that there is a SAR 342 difference between the deducted amount and the cancellation fees sent by the agency. The agency did not respond to my repeated emails to show the reason of this variation and yet I did not even receive the refund amount. I want to file an official complaint against tavelwings travel agency to refund my money and report this company as a scam buisness.

I Dr Picketh Moloi booked flight to Swaziland in October 2023, they were aware of the fact that the glight were canceled due yo weather conditions. I tried to call the agency for refund and kept promising a refund upto now in December month. I dont thing anyone should use the travel agecy. They are not honest and not professional.
