Went to a website for smileluck that was selling tactical shorts (rip proof etc) and bought three shorts. When they 'finally arrived' the sizes were incorrect so I contacted smileluck on how to rectify this. Lo and behold support@advisory24.vip intervened are wanted to haggle over the amount of the refund like it was up for auction... Each time I refused their offer (1st offer was $10 and keep the shorts; 2nd offer was like $15 and keep the shorts) each time I said no and requested a refund... And besides what would clothes do for me by keeping something that does not fit... Finally I had had enough of their auction bidding on the refund and just told advisory24 that I am done and to process the refund asap... Since then I have not heard back from them...In doing some research on this advisory24. Vip I find that they are a social media scam and are connected to alot of online businesses... Do ask me how because I do not know how they would insert themselves unless the businesses knew from the beginning... So beware do not order from smileluck nor have any dealings with support@advisory24.vip

Do not buy anything from this company (or for that matter, anything directly from china!)
They don’t advertise that a no return policy exists!
I had a similar experience that diane turner and others have explained. my shorts were too small and I explained to smileluck (no “smiles” or “luck” here!) that I would gladly pay for the return shipping and the support@advisory24. vip email address intervened and said they did everything correctly, which I agreed; I ordered, they shipped, but I wanted to initiate an exchange.
This was my last email to support@advisory24...
That’s unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review because you have a no return policy! I will warn everyone never to order your products and also your company should warn your customers on your website that there are no returns.
I will also contact and complain to:
The world trade organization
The international trade administration
Chinese state administration for industry and commerce
The better business bureau
I would also ask you to read china’s new trade laws that went into effect last year (2019):

Now that I read their reviews, I see that this is another name for an online company that always uses the support@advisory24.vip email address. Their merchandise, if you receive anything at all, is never what it looked like when you saw it advertised online. The biggest problem is their NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE policy, which you'll never see disclosed prior to your order. If you ordered using a credit card, including a card linked to PayPal, then dispute the charge with your credit card company for a possible credit for the amount you spent. I was also taken in by ordering the tactical pants in a long-leg style. They were way too small for me even though the advertised size was my size. They will not exchange them for a larger pair or refund my money.
So your story is just like mine... it appears that they are 'intentionally' sending the wrong size... we used our debit card in this purchase so maybe thru the bank they can retrieve the money - I will try that
