I have no idea how major corporations, healthcare and business alike, use this particular company and/or service. Every time I have needed to call and speak to customer service, I am on hold no less than 30 minutes. Even their call back option has had me wait twice as long as the estimated wait time, to only be put on hold for another 15-20 minutes, or until I hang up. It’s no wonder why every single time I’m disconnected before answering their survey.
On a positive note, AJ, is wonderful. She handled my situation like a true professional. She was courteous, concise, but also kind. She deserves a huge raise or promotion or be put in charge of training
Desired outcome: Less wait time please. My time is just as important as the person on the other end of the phone.
