Company failed to inform me they canceled my scheduled surgery, I had to find out myself a month later, re scheduled the surgery, all because the manager didn't want to refund me my deposit of 250.00, I called a week ago to cancel and they are refusing to refund me my money. I have had a hard time since day one trying to communicate with the surgery coordinator, she never returned any of my emails or calls, I had to ask for management Priscilla, and I still end up with nothing but lies, and a bitter result as to why this company failed to give me my deposit back.

I was scheduled for surgery so I paid 250 for a deposit and when I tried to pay again my portal was closed and they told me the building is shut down permanently and the company is no longer there.. they did not inform me about my portal or that they closed so I wanted my refund back because I’m starting nursing school soon I need all the money I can get.. I’ve been calling 2 weeks all I keep getting is lies that they’ll transfer my money 2-4 days and nothing I can’t get in touch with my coordinator at all but when it came to getting my money she stayed in contact honestly I’m frustrated and irritated.. this is unprofessional and my surgery is next year in April so all that cancellation 500 bs is nonsense I understand if I tried to cancel next year but no it’s only been 2 months since I’ve did this.. anybody can help

As a former patient of Adore Plastic Surgery, I can assuredly tell you that the reason you did not get your refund back is because you signed a contract stating if you cancel a surgery you have to pay a fee of $500. Usually that is the amount you must put down for surgery to begin with, but you seemed to have caught the special that was $250. The $500 fee applies to every surgery cancellation. You only paid $250, so that is all they were able to keep from you. I have paid $3k and got back $2.5k which isnt bad because most other facilities charge $1, 000 +.
i had a breast reduction and had complications i called and was on hold for hours i'm 2 hours away from there office because i do not live in that county. I go to the doctor's office and guess what i have an infection on my left boob. Now it's swollen and my left breast is red and most likely have fluid and there not giving me attention and telling me to check with my primary care but, My primary care doctor is telling me to call my surgeon but i can't get in contact with him because the office never answer there phone or leave me on hold for hours this is ridiculous and unprofessional i will never request no one to go here i am not satisfied with the work that was done because i have complication and i'm going through emotional distress because cause how my breast look. i also asked for my refund back and they told me no refund so i opened a case with my bank and they gave me provisional credit until further notice. i stopped working and have to provide for my child but how am i going to do anything if i'm in pain and my breast is red. hoping for the best not the worst hope i don't have seroma i pray to god not.
