Adore Me Inc review: Refund and discontinuation of charges

This business has an "A" rating in spite of many complaints about deceptive billing. It should be an "F".

My wife bought one item from them and was unknowingly auto enrolled in a "Premium Subscription" that came with a $40 monthly charge. When I noticed the charges on my bill, I called the company and they refunded the 10 months @ $39.95 per month. That was Sept 2021. I never use the card in question, so when I checked it today, I saw 3 more monthly charges. They never stopped charging me after the refund! I specifically told them my wife never signed up. I would like a refund for the 3 months ( Nov, Dec, 2021 and Jan 2022 ) @$39.95 per month for a total of, $119.85. I would also like them to stop charging me.
