Admire Plastic Surgery review: Dr. Jose Luis Covarrubias Rosas Rhinoplasty and Breast Lift with reduction

When I went to my consult with dr Rosas I was very clear on what I wanted and he said it could get done. I paid for a rhinoplasty and my nose is worse than it was before the rhino. Dr Rosas did the opposite of what I requested for my rhinoplasty and I am very uncomfortable with my nose after surgery. Every time I went in after surgery for my visits he would be like yes your nose is looking great but in reality it wasn't. I also paid for a breast reduction with lift and he left my breast the same size and my nipples are now ovals instead of circles. I was a 36DD and wanted to be reduced to a C and he said yes. The day of my surgery right before I was put to sleep is when he said that he would do the lift and reduce but it wouldn't be a C. I am still the exact same size I was before. I paid about $24,000.00 for both procedures and I'm so unhappy with both.
