Adena charged my insurance and me for a worker’s comp claim I paid 100.00 on bill and started looking at dates and it was for a worker’s comp claim I paid the 100.00 on 3/31/2022 #083720. Igor another bill that’s when I realized it was from a injury at work I called Adena and told them that this was a worker’s comp claim in May and they said they would send my 100.00 back to me and pay insurance back I called again 6/17/2022 and said they would send it back to supervisor I waited and called 7/21/2022 they said it was approved to send my money back but it didn’t happen I told them I was going to file a complaint because I keep hearing same thing every time I call.
