Activity Superstore is a gift experience company. It sells activity gift experience vouchers.
Yes, you can exchange all vouchers except promotional/special offer products and tangible gifts for another voucher.
If you would like to receive a refund, you should contact Activity Superstore within 28 days of purchase. Refunds are paid after the return of the voucher to the original method of payment. Keep in mind that you will no longer be entitled to a refund if you registered or booked an experience using your voucher.
All vouchers, except for promotional ones, can be extended for 6 months. This can be done only once and before the expiration date.
The extension fee is £20.
In case of voucher loss or theft, please contact Activity Superstore’s customer service and provide your voucher number.
