Active Green And Ross review: Harassment and threats from General Manager and owners of both locations in city

Have been defrauded over a year now as they said I needed new brakes on a brand new car, not likely but did rear's, well the nightmare begins as they did not put brake pad on right and made me drive with brake pad loose for weeks which probably did damage and issues that I am still having today, the mechanic came out and said he could not get brake pad out at first and believed he has damaged the caliper as I have had dragging brakes ever since, they had to redo brakes replacement with no paperwork as they are trying to hide they screwed up. This was only supposed to be a tire changeover from winters to regular tires by the way.

So that was 3 times had to go back, they forgot to give back a part so had to go back again, still issues, was hopeful it would go away to avoid conflict to no avail, contacted General Manager who just harassed me and can't read and berated me and being "childish", no help at all, contacted 2nd location in same city to fix issuers caused by other location and same thing, total wack job and was aggressive and harassing to me, even though told him the issues and what was going on, just attitude so told him to f off and the next day he shows up at my house scrambling around looking in front window like he wants to cause me harm. I have matched the description to his online picture and have now matched the vehicle observed to his business location.

From July to September, am harassed and threatened by both of these individuals and the location owner where got work done and being very aggressive with me, and I am calm, just trying to have my car fixed and the issue resolved, and I told them that, but they keep doing fraud and harassment.

I filed bbb complaint, and the general manager harassed me in response and continues with fraud, and that I am "childish" and berating me over typing, but he can't read or type himself or control his emotions.

At this point after months of being harassed and threatened and berated I ceased contact with him and other location owner as do not need to talk with them any further, General Manager makes a false accusation to a law enforcement agency saying I said I worked for them which I never said that, I stated I have made complaints with them before and am a consumer advocate against FRAUDS.

At this time the idiots at Law enforcement with no evidence criminally harass me based on this false accusation, I send them and the general manager a cease and desist which was previously given to the Law Enforcement agency on another matter which they are now in violation of to cease and desist with false accusations and harassment against me.

This does not stop the General Manager of harassment and threats cause he is a total wackjob along with the other location owner.

At this point I have provided evidence of damage to car and witness statement from dealership who confirmed "tampering" or "touching" of front brakes and they are now worn down, they said they could clean them up to give me lil more time but they will have to be replaced within a year tops, I was LIVID as it is a new car and no way need new brakes, as I have had another garage also confirm that all brakes were good previous to my visit to this fraud garage.

Fraud garage owner keeps arguing with me even after I presented all the evidence to him, and his mechanic and wife confirmed they made mistakes and damaged part on my car. I tell him to contact the dealership, which he did not and cannot, as the dealership said nobody contacted them and they can't give out info due to privacy laws unless it is them contacting looking for a part.

During this fraud garage owner says I was not even at his location, LOL. Trying to get out of fixing the damage he caused, I provided GPS tracking that clearly shows all the times I was there and to this day they are still trying to say was never there, insanity.

I stopped contacting for 2-4 weeks to take a break from the stress, but sent 1 last communication with a cease and desist order and a demand for payment letter which can legally do as I have all the evidence and can just go to court so no need to contact any parties further, then he makes a false police report on me along with fraud general manager wackjob and other location owner wackjob saying I threatened them, even though I have no communication for months with general manager or other location owner and weeks without talking with fraud location owner.

I contacted another company owned by same person looking to talk with CEO about the illegal actions his general manager and owners are doing as I stated I am worried about all their safety and how it is nowadays with their attitudes they will do it to the wrong person and end up dead. NOWHERE SAYING I WILL OR ANY THREATS FROM ME. This 3rd party who even said have no idea what is going on, instead of responding with a answer for contact info, they do a false accusation and contact all 3 parties without even knowing what is going on and after I explained to them multiple times what I meant and just looking for contact info for help to resolve issue which is not illegal.

I filed and contacted the police against all 3 parties first at the end of November and being discriminated against as that report was never responded too.

I still have the totally insane other location owner harassing me and making threats and posting my personal information online and the idiot even goes to to the police and says so. Insane general manager stalking me on facebook though don't know how as profile is not public as hid it as I knew he was going to do that and threatening to call my employer (good luck with that)and still harassing me after numerous times and legally multiple times to stop harassing me and communicating with me.

I have suffered major stress and harassement for close to a year now and am suffering major damages which I will be suing all parties for $10 million dollars and costs to date.
