Acesefi.com review: Customer services and tech support

We bought an ECM from the company. It was bad so they asked us to send it back and we did so. They supposedly sent us a new one, but when we received it back this one was doing the same thing as before. Their reply to that was they updated it and it should work but once we tried to install it, it showed same update as before. I have spent several hours on the phone with tech for them to either not know what they are talking about or to say someone will call you back. Once again no answers nor a call back. Spent money and have a deadline to finish this but with the lack of common sense the techs have I doubt I will buy anything else from them.
