Ace Rental Car in Guatemala City review: Car in bad condition to drive - broken, crashed, etc

I did a car rental reservation for February 17 to February 23, 2023 in Guatemala City at ACE Car rental through Priceline. At the time to pick up the car, it was not ready, after a waiting time of 45 minutes for the car, they intended to rent me a car in a very bad conditions, broken, crashed and one of the stops lights was hold with clear sealing type, front damage, etc. I requested for another car and they said they did not have any other cars at the moment and they also offered me a mechanical car, which I do not know how to drive mechanical car. Due to all these inconveniences, I had to cancel the reservation and get a car from another car rental company.

I did make a call to Priceline and they told me that they will refund me the total amount due to the inconveniences I had. Few days ago I received an email that you are not going to be able to reimburse my money. Attached you will find the pictures of the damage car they had for me that day. I will really appreciate if you can help me with my request. I had spent almost three hours of my trip plus double the price in another rental car for this issue. The total amount that it was charged in my credit card for this rental it was $153.26. I am just requesting to get my money back. Attached you will find the statement of m credit card that shows the total amount in question, and pictures of the damage car they pretended me to drive.
