Account Now - Meta Bank review: Refusal to release online banking freeze after verification

On June 1, 2022 I accidentally deposited $1200.00 into an Account Now account that I haven't used in well over 1 1/2 years and filed a dispute with my bank stating it was an error. The bank attempted to request the funds back to which Account Now wouldn't even respond. After finding out that they refused I contacted Account Now via online only to find out I am unable to access the online information. I have moved since I last used this account last so I can't even change my home address to have a new debit card mailed to me. (It expired 9/21) I contacted a representative who told me that I needed to upload documentation, which I did. 2 clear photo ID's and mail proving my address. I waited a couple days and called. I was told that I need to send ID and mail addressed to me. She stated "Well the back room says you need to resend the ID and the mail you uploaded has to be no more than 90 days ago. Ummmm the mail I uploaded was dated June 13th, uploaded on June 16th. AND it was from the Department of Veteran Affairs! This seems to be a game played, I have gone through this once before. I just want to access my online account, change the address to what was uploaded and expedite the delivery of my debit card, which I am willing to pay for. Thank you Account Now Meta Bank.! I initiated this process on June 2nd with my bank, and it is now June17. My rent was due, I am bouncing checks.
