Accelerit Fibre review: Poor service

Good day

Please kindly assist me with the cancelation the accelerit Fibre I started using the wifi on March and I did a EFT payment of R353 after fews week the start doing debit orders of R446 where else I ddnt agree on debit order and I have paid but the wifi is off.. Assist me on cancelation and be refund the 446 that they debit on my bank and stop debit on my bank account because I never agree on that because they are ruining my credit score I honestly not happy and I have try to sent email no response and try to call no assist to stop they debit order I want my money back and cancel the service because it's bad
