ABX Sandakan review: poor service and internal stealing

My shipment is reached Sandakan on 31/10/2019 according to the parcel tracking status. However, I didn't received the parcel. The ABX courier boy/ girl has delivered wrong address. I immediate send a complain email to ABX (sdk@abxexpress.com.my). However, no respond from ABX. I make a visit to ABX counter and requested them to checked. hey admitted they has delivered wrongly. The ABX's boss did not want make the compesation for his staff mis-conduct. the receiver ID no. is fake and uncontactable. So, am I need to beer the lost myself for ABX Sandakan mis-conduct. ABX Sandakan is a irresponsible company and no internal examination for the quality of customer service. Very poor and bad service in this customer service era. I always believe there is a good service courier service company to replace this ABX. Since they are incompeteable and untrustable/ unreliable.
