ABC E*Campus / Virt BKSTR as Merchant review: Wrong camera sent promised a refund / no refund

I ordered a Canon Es R10 mirrorless camera with 18- 150mm Lens{ CAER1018150 on 2/8/2023 along with other items purchased through Veterans affairs and got a notification on 2/10/2023that my items were confirmed and shipped on my phone and I logged in and saw that there was another camera was sent , A canon EOS R Mirrorless camera ( CAERPB) witch was not in my cart originally. I received it on I called and emailed and was told to send it back for a refund for $200 for a refund. The camera was unused. I did what i was told and once they received it, days later. i was emailed saying I would not get a refund and that they would send it back for $12 and that does not even sound right. o I requested it be refunded again and heard nothing else. Why would they have me do all that, waist my time.and put me behind in my class and unable to partcipate in my photograghy class.I had to wait until my pell grant came today 3/20,/2023 and pay out of pocket to get a camera that is correct. I have included the camera actually put in the cart and what I was sent plus emails.
