Abarca & Sons - ROC# 326687 review: Prep work

Entered contract in 10/14/2021 Total sum: $10,400 Paid in full

Scope work;

1. Remove/ haul away concrete curb, side walk and dirt exterior.

2, remove/ haul away cabinets, flooring and dirt interior.

3. remove/ haul away tree stump (never done)

4. Clean up exterior and garage (incomplete)

5. replace subfloor after foundation work is complete (never done)

6. re-install cabinets (never done)

Poor communication by contractor. Nothing has been done since April 2022.

Does not even meet with us at jobsite when we're in Willcox. Sent email to Miguel Abarca to a least return 1/2 payment back by 10-31-22.

Again, still no response.
