This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I used AB May for work on my A coil based on the $2000 warranty on work done on work on my HVAC system.

The only reason I used them was the lure of the of the warranty.

They did not apply that warranty to any of the work they did. I was charged 1208 dollars allegedly for overcharge on warranty expenses.

The billed cost was $854 for A coil and $358 for refrigerant refill. My total output over and above the $2000 warranty wasd $1202.

The bill indicates that the A coil was $2854 and the refrigerant was $348 less the $2000 warranty leaving me said amount. The facts of the matter are a similar A coil that was available on line was $540 they up charged me $314 on that which is not ethical but it is not unusual for their business model. Even with all their inflated upcharges my warranty covers it. I want my money back at which point I will walk away with the knowledge that I was concerns were properly addressed. ABM listed the $2000 warranty as part of service call. This was deceitful. As mentioned, a comprable part was available at a far cheaper cost and they only got my business through deceit and fraud which is unlawful.
