I have experience this kind of insurance as a policyholder.
They pretended like an holy angel. But exactly is a scam. They just put them in a upper level position. They have no professional knowledge of their job. They used client like a secretary. They just waste your time.
This is very dangerous when in crisis or accident, they are not helping but instead they are looking for something else for their something else behind the job, addition business of their own outside. And they only look for anything that is new. They addicted to something, can not know how to imagine it as a group of people do things like that and think is helping and doing their job.
I have 2 claims, they put different content and make wrong statement of mine and my claims is trash. They should punished by law authorities asap.
This is a most upset and torture experience I have experienced by this broken company that the public like me has to face. This is unfair. Not to mentioned about my claim. I am talking about my time and talk and listening. This is a nightmare.
This company's staff looks like all haunted. They sounds out like people live in Hong Kong. If they are that sick or so involve in that country why don't they move there. I am USA green card hold and immigrate from HK to USA for over 22 years. They kept on forgot my request and ID as a legal resident and customer and talked incompetency towards my questions. And forced me to become someone they know instead from Chinese. This is crazy. Not to mention my claim. NO ONE WORKING BUT HUMILIATE my claim and playing gossiping my incident and creating a false imagination without prove with third, forth or fifth and denied customer claim because of their competency work listening and hearing skills in English language by different kind of people. MY CLAIM is sacrificed. My loss of property got robbed. Just to learn there is no RENTER INSURANCE existed. More like a criminal and scam contact with AAA. GOVERNMENT ANTI_CORRUPTION DEPARTMENT SHOULD HAVE A WARNING TO THEM AT AAA renter insurance office.
