I recently purchased a used car from AAA AUTO and I must say, the process was quite straightforward. The staff was helpful without being pushy, which made me feel at ease. They answered all my questions and provided detailed information about the car's history. The vehicle I chose was in great condition and matched the online description accurately. I appreciated the transparency and the no-hassle approach. It's been a few weeks and the car runs beautifully. I'm quite satisfied with my purchase and the service I received.

Called AAA to get rates for insurance. They said the needed my credit card number before they spoke with me.
I did not like their over priced rates so I did not go with them. But they charged my credit card anyway. For the next 4 weeks AAA made 4 charges of $2000 each. Totaling $8000
Rep said he would refund money but never did. My credit card company refunded $4000, but AAA has not refunded the remaining $4000 they took from me.
I have lost so much work time calling and emailing begging the AAA rep Ryan Staples for my money back.
He played games with me and wasted my time making me think he would refund the money he took.
I trusted the rep and didn’t think AAA rep would be so dishonest. He made several unauthorized charges on my credit card and pretended like he sent a check to refund money. He lied to my bank and said I purchased insurance. He made a sucker out of me and I feel dumb.

Claim numnber CTS 49919 was filed for service provided on August 24.

Driver damaged the front bumper retaiing pin. Two estimated repairs cost provided

Since no response from Ms Latisha McGhee for so many weeks, I intend to take this matter to small claims court and write to BBB

Many emials and phone calls were made to Ms MCgee
