Follow-up to A-Team on January 1, 2026 to complain that DR code had recurred -- response was that repair warranty period had expired and what service again at reduced service call cost but full labor and replacement costs.
Referred the matter to Bosch, who confirmed this firm was not authorized service centre, but could not confirm if the replacement parts were ordered.
Now the repair firm is suspected of incompetent and overpriced service and possible fraudulence in replacement, as parts were never shown or left behind. It appears the service was intended to extract the maximum dollars while providing enough fix to last through the warranty.

Direct negotiation with A-Team Appliance Repair firm was unsuccessful. Minimal attempt was made to stand behind their repair work. Bosch Germany and Bosch Canada have been made aware of the advertised assertion by A-Team they are fully capable of repairing Bosch appliances, this experience and many similar complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau have suggested predatory business practices and service repair incompetence. The last reported owner of this private business is a Mr. Lord, attempts to bring his attention to this matter have been ignored. The managing director is Mr. Chen Kochavi, and is at last report facing legal action in court for alleged Consumer Protection Law violations.
