A & C Mobile Home Transport review: Work not done

A&C Mobile Home Transport owner Carl Collins offered to do repairs on the Clayton home he moved for me. The bid was fair and the product would be purchased from Clayton Manufactured Homes using a discounted rate. I agreed and paid for supplies. After 4 months of many text promises made by Carl to complete work. It is still not done. I have not received a refund either. I am a senior citizen and need to get my repairs done before winter. I can't afford it until I get my $3,000 returned.
