91 Fastrak review: Unauthorized charges

I have been incorrectly charged for driving the 91 FasTrak lanes. I have never driven this road. Every insance my FasTrack account was incorrectly charged, my vehicle was parked in front of my home. I have called and written to 91FasTrak and Orange County Transit listing the incorrect charges and providing screencaps from my home security system with time and date stamp showig the vehicle parked in front of my home 400 miles away from the alleged location.
