My husband and I completed the application and paid the fee, the only thing that we were missing was a copy of S.S and recent pay stubs or employment verification letter as stated on the website. My husband is an independent contractor and does not have stubs, so he called the office to notify that he was waiting for an official employment letter of the company that hired him. The Office lady said they will not accept an employment verification letter if he works independently. This is absurd, the website does not provide any details or clarification regarding this. 534 management has falsely advertised the requirements leading people to submit an application and now they want to change the rules. This is so unprofessional. They should be sued for this and not returning applications fees when it it's clearly their fault for not placing on their website what type of verification they are requiring in the case of independent contractors. If they can't even manage their website, and be responsible for errors in their service, how can they properly manage properties?
