For context, I reached out to the rider to ask what time he would be delivering my parcel, as I work a graveyard shift and needed to rest beforehand. The rider called me, but I was unable to answer immediately—it was only one missed call.
Despite this, the rider seemed to lack patience and did not consider that delivery schedules can sometimes be delayed. I hurried outside to meet him, but he was no longer there. I tried calling him back: on my first attempt, there was no answer; on the second and third attempts, my calls were declined.
When he finally answered, he spoke to me rudely and told me to wait, stating that he was already in a different location, which was only a few blocks away from my address. I asked if he could return, but he simply insisted that I wait. At that point, I had already been waiting for hours. I explained that I needed to sleep because I still had to work later that night, but my concern was disregarded.
I would also like to emphasize that I have never experienced this kind of behavior with any other shipping carrier. This issue occurred only with your delivery rider.
Recommendation: I will never recommend your service
