I ordered two signed trading cards from 258 West Authentic signatures. They were $100 each. I received only 1 trading card and was charged $200 for two. Because they can prove with a tracking number that I have received something from them (even though just one, not two) I am unable to get my money back and they insist that they sent two. I have been cheated and would like to report this, hopefully it will help someone who considered buying from them not to get scammed as well.

Those are really great attempts, but they didn't work. They will argue you removed some of the contents prior to taking the picture. There was no invoice either. I have notified them through letter already and their response was: We shipped 2 items to you. The credit card company says that since they can provide a tracking number that something has been shipped, they are unuable to do anything. This is a very well orchestrated scam.

I would suggest you take pictures of the package and the contents inside. Usually, on the outside of the package, it would indict the product being shipped to you, if not then there should be an invoice of some sort inside the package. Notified the company thru letter with the picture and explained to the company that you only got one of the items instead of the two which was indicted. Retain copies of the prove you submitted. If nothing gets resolve, you may wish to contact your credit card to dispute the charges against that company for you. Good Luck in your endeavors!
