I paid this guy money for an ID and he never sent me anything. He made up excuses at first, now he doesn't even respond to my emails. He's a scammer plain and simple. I want my money back.

Ryan Harsha is facing felony charges in MD for working as a contractor with no license and taking over $10, 000 from a homeowner without completing work. He will be in court for that soon. He also was charged with assault in CA a few years back and almost killed the woma. He is an ex from 7 years ago he is a horrible person. I am VERY happy he is in jail : )
