Hello,

I am gathering email contacts from those individuals who have suffered a loss due to The Mark Travel Corporation canceling their reservations without notice. If you are interested in being involved with a possible class action lawsuit against this corporation please provide your name and email address. The Mark Travel Corporation is a wholesaler for 1800hotels. They had contracted with 1800hotels to book rooms all over the world. A Mark International Coordinator has stated that the corporation is unable to contact the individuals they booked rooms under due to 1800hotels not providing them with any contact information. He explained that they only received names, dates & hotel locations from 1800hotels. They canceled rooms due to non-payment from 1800hotels.

You can find often find out who the 1800hotels affiliated wholesaler is by asking actual hotel where your rooms had been booked at. Otherwise, you can try to contact 1800hotels to request this information.

They should be closed and sued. They scammed us after paying several thousand dollars for a 5 star hotel in Punta Cano. we got a run down hotel with horrible broke unsanitary disgusting rooms. Worst than motels. They refused to move us. Broken toilets, showers, no electricity and food poisoning. Never got the airport transfers either we had to pay for taxi. Mark travels and FunJet is the WORST agency. Horrible customer service. Bait and switch.
