I ordered 4 full sized outdoor electric bikes from online website (graionnn.com) it was billed through asiabill. I recieved email updates on the parcel with a tracking number. When I recieved the package usps I was shocked to see a parcel so small from what I was expecting. The sender on the package was zyymhm.

International product department, west gate, post office central bureau, no,139, wucheng south road, xiaodian district, tai yuan city, tai yuan shanxi, 030006 china

The website, has disappeared, along with all contact info. All correspondance to customer service fails, and emails to customer service bounce back, and no longer exist
