I ordered a beauty product March 2023 to be told it was out of stock but would be dispatched as soon as it was back in stock. This went on for 3 months, I then asked for a refund & nothing, I have asked for a different product to be posted-nothing. I have emailed multiple times for a refund & still nothing 9 months on. They tell me how sorry they are & that it will be treated urgently & then nothing.
I have since seen many complaints of the same nature.
It says on the web page it is in stock.
I have no idea where to go with this as the company is uk based.
