Zenner & Ritter review: Generator didn't start when the power went out.

We purchased a Generac Generator from Zenner & Ritter which was installed on 8/19/2020. We were supposed to receive an inverter with the purchase and did not. On 4/21/2022, we had our maintenance completed at which time the serviceman said we had a blown motor on the generator. There was supposed to be a new motor installed within a month. This was not done and on 5/22/2022 we had a power outage at which time our generator did not work. My husband is in need of oxygen which he did not have. He also takes concentrated insulin which needs refrigeration and costs thousands of dollars per month. All in, we have paid almost $8,000.00 for a generator that does not work. When we call the company the only person we can talk to is a receptionist. They refuse to transfer us to someone who can help. We are not getting the use of the generator and noone to talk to for resolution.
