They steal your luggage after shoping tours. Details:
We bought a tour from the Zani Viaggi company in Milan to Serravalle outlet. After shopping we wanted to take our luggage with us to the bus (one middle bag, the bus was half empty), but the driver insisted that we MUST put the luggage to the trunk or he wouldn't move so we had to do. When we came back to Milan, our bag wasn't in the trunk, it was stolen. The driver as like as managers of the company said what that's our problem and they have nothing to do with the fact of theft, they didn't even want to tell us where was the nearest police office. Of course, despite the fact that we gave them all necessary documents including sales slip, no compensation was paid to us.
I'm sure that stealing of luggage is a part of income of their drivers (thiefs give them part of income, kickback) and management of the company knows aboutthat and do nothing to save their reputation.
NEVER USE SERVICES OF THE ZANI VIAGGI COMPANY.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Although the above post is an old one, based on our experience today 22 November 2018 we had the same event of buggage theft. Of course no compensation was given and not even any attention to the incident as if the bags responsibility was not theirs. Please be careful as this is true. We just lost our savings for this trip thanks to Zani Viaggi
My husbands headset did not work and the tour guide tried to solve our problem, but there was nothing the tour guide could do, so we left the tour since he could not enjoy it all. We contacted the agency after and they did not respond until I told the hotel about our terrible experience. They did nothing for us! Do not use this company, it is terrible!
