Zale Media is a misleading, deceptive and unethical company. What they advertise and say in their sales pitch is not at all what their company really is. They run their sales pitch on a "money back guarantee" however one you read the fine print in their contract, you will realize it is impossible to get your money back and they do not care about their customers at all. Once they have your money that is it, you might as well not exist to them. Once you have paid for the system, it is impossible to get in contact with anyone working at Zale. No phone number to call, only a "support ticket" that takes days to be responded to. Amy in the "escalations department" took three days to be able to get on the phone with, she is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. One of the stipulations to getting your money back is reporting your issue to them within 24 hours, funny considering they take all the time in the world to respond to you. Here is what happened with my experience...

I signed up for this program because I wanted help running Facebook ads. After Zale set up my Facebook ad account and created my ads, my Facebook ads were completely disabled. As Zale suggested, I attempted to have a review of the restricted account. Now my Facebook ad account is permanently suspended and I will never be able to advertise with any connection to my Facebook business account again. Of course, I want a refund considering the system is useless to me without Facebook ads. When I finally got in touch with Amy (nasty rude person) in escalations she informed that I am not eligible for a refund because I have not been running ads for 5 months and that it states in my agreement that a disabled Facebook ads account is not a reason for a refund. Which the sales person NEVER ONCE discloses in the sales presentation that this is a possibility. This is a material fact that is left out of the sales presentation because Zale knows that with out a properly running Facebook ad account Zale is useless.

I can not run Facebook ads, so I cannot use the Zale platform the way I was promised in the sales presentation. This is a direct result of Zales actions.

I was told 2 weeks ago by the companies "representative" that they would refund my money "shortly" however, when I ask him about the status of my refund he says he has no information. I signed up with Zale 07/29/2022.

Desired outcome: I want a refund.

I'm not going to waist my time explaining how bad Zale is, don't waist your money! Complete garbage leads, and the money back guarantee is not realistic. Don't waist your money!

I am having the exact same issue. I signed up in March 2022 and they are saying that I didnt use their system for every single call so they are denying my refund. What a scam. BEWARE of ZALE, They lie and don't deliver on any promises.

Hi,

I am in the same situation as AliM23 of Spring Hill, US. I can't access my Facebook account. I've been seeking help and they just ignore my emails. I contacted my credit card and reported them.

The credit card company contacted them and they sent me a threatening email. Here is part of the email:

"Unfortunately, if you are not willing to drop the dispute then you have voided your guarantee, you will retain access to the CRM and the Ads will remain in your ad account."

I never transferred my contacts to the CRM, no ads are running because I don't have access to my Facebook account.

I've wasted every red penny I paid to ZALE MEDIA. They have the worst customer service. To get a phone appt you best be willing to wait weeks sometimes for the next available. They have been telling me for the past year that they have grown too fast and can't keep up. It's a mess of a company. Don't waste your dollars. I did and regret it. Don't even think about trying to get a refund. They don't honor their policy.
