The bridge on my Zad50 split. I bought it 19 years ago so no complaint regarding that. However, I sent an e mail to Zager asking if a rreplacement bridge could be sold and the cost of shipping added. I then saw a Chat facility on the Zager website so repeated my request there. It stated that a reply wouild be sent within 30 minutes or so. Nothing. A couple of hours later I reminded Zager via the Chat facility. More than 24 hours later and no reply from Zager. My luthier says the guitar top is solid, the back and sides laminate and he suspects the guitar was made in China or somewhere similar then branded Zager. That may not be the cas today but it certainly was suggested 20 years ago.
Recommendation: Customer service awful.
