they still have not refunded my money $196.83
now they just send me emails telling me they have escalated the issue and they will contact me within 1-2 business days, but no one ever gets back to me.
My original order was placed 10/3. It should not take this long to get my money back when they have had the returned material since 10/12
Desired outcome: I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK.
