www.unum.com/work-life balance review: fraud

This company is supposed to provide mental, legal, and other information you are looking for, regarding life events, work events, and other stuff.

I am having some major issues at work causing me stress, anxiety, and other medical problems...plus I am in need of some current legal information on other subjects.

I contacted these people, who claim on their website, that they have help and information for coping and dealing with these issues.

I spoke with one of their "professional" consultant and was told exactly this "We dont deal with those issues, and we dont have anything to do with anything legal"!

On thier website it is as clear as day, in writing, that they DO deal with all of the issues and problems I mentioned, AND they DO have legal help information! Its all there in writing on their website!

I talked to a couple of other people at work about this, and they said they were told the same thing when they called in for some answers and information on some issues and problems they were having.

Seems this is a "sham" and/or "scam" to get companies to pay for and "extra" service that doesnt exist, and charge them higher rates.

The ONLY "help" they have, is helping themselves to company money that isnt due to them for this scam!
