I have ordered some Ugg Boots for my fiance for a christmas present. Unfortunately I have found that this company is completely bogus! Their website is almost identical to uggastrailia.com whom are the correct company. The difference in website is very slight.

I have tried using my tracking number and it does not exist, they are not contactable at all! I did use my credit card, however, im not completely safe from fraud. This is because if I receive them within the next week or two I will have to prove that they are fake (not hard i know), unfortunately my credit card company has stated unless I send the boots back and they are received by the company that has sold them i will not have my money back.

There is no address for these cowboys, neither is their a contact number. Just a enquiry section that sends an email. When you write in this and send it sends a weird error in chinese writing!

The website is www.uggstore.cc. The correct site is www.uggaustralia.com, both of which are very similar...

The company that made the transaction is call Bargain sale, this is what appears in my email confirmation and on my credit card.

Can anyone please give me some advice on what to do!? Is their and company or officials whom we can contact to warn them about a site that is still up and running, because i know i am not the first to make this mistake.

Thank you in advance

Daniel

I was looking for uggboots in internet when this site appeared suddenly i thought this is the original australian ugg.when you look at their shopping list it looks like really the original one because all features were new and all the latest model.I immediately ordered and pay thru my credit card but it took so long to process the transaction then suddenly disappeared.so i waited to see if they got my payment and when i checked the website again and see the tracking order it showed my order number and order time but no shipping number.then i tried to call the number which is advertise in their website #[protected] but nobody was answering so then that was the time i realised this is evidently BOGUS.I went to my bank to report this case and now they were investigating this BOGUS COMPANY...

Oh and btw people, if you now go to www.uggstore.cc, apparently it doesn't exist, instead a company called Big Shoes has taken its place, of course another counterfeit scamming website! seriously who do we have to get in touch with to get them shut down?! thanks

I ordered a pair of uggs from here aswell, this was two months ago, ive been liasing with a lady called 'polly' her email is service.polly@gmail.com.
the first time she sent the boots they told me that they had gone to my 'local depot' this obviously means nothing to me, they didnt give me a tracking number or the couriers details and wouldnt tell me where my 'local depot' was or what it was...my parcel was then 'destroyed' i later found out. after this i demanded that they re-send them (thinking that they had been destroyed because they had sat in a depot for too long, how naive!) so this time Polly, bless her, gave me all my tracking and courier details after about 10 emails demanding that she gives me the information. My package sat in stanstead for 20days! after asking her what the problem was she told me that' The courier company said that your order had arrived at your local FedEx facility, please contact them asap', even though the website still said 'shipment excemption' .
I rang fedex myself and they told me that i will not be receiving these goods as they are believed to be counterfeit and have been seized by customs! so Polly is an absolute liar as well as the company selling and manufacturing illegal goods. I am so disgusted that this website still exists. there has to be a way of deleting it? I have just emailed her back demanding a full refund and apology for being a complete s=liar and scam artist, my guess is that i will extremely lucky if i get my money back. I have also threatened her that i will be reporting her website to the british trading standards department and that this will become a police matter, all of which is really an empty threat to make her give me my money back but i@m really hoping it will work.
as i've stated at the top, thats her email address, she's had regular contact with me regarding my boots and please feel free to give her a piece of your mind. let me know what she comes back with !

I didn't see this otherwise I would not have ordered from this company. I ordered some boots and when I didn't hear from them, I wrote an email and they said they did not have colour, yet they took the money out of my account. I asked for a refund and they are not responding. Now I tried looking on website and they have disappeared. I am so upset. Don't know what to do.

i have just done exactly the same as well.. i have just ordered 1 pair of ugg boots.. i havent yet recieved a confirmation email, i have contacted my bank to see if they can cancel the payment but they said i need to wait until the payment comes out and then they can investigate it.. not sure whether to cancel the card or not as other people have! i also had trouble getting back onto the website and there was no order history in my account (which was confusing).. this is how i found out it was a bogus website after finding this page! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

i have done the same as everyone-else commenting here, thought i had found a good deal, used www.uggstore.cc, ordered 2 pairs of uggs thinking it was the real deal, found out after going thru the purchase process that of course they are not! Fraud protection section of my bank phoned me next morning to say that 1 transaction amount has gone thru but they have stopped a second because they believe it to be bogus, after talking with me, cancelled my card and requested a new card as a precaution, but now have to try to reclaim the first amount they had already deducted. WHAT A PACK OF TOSSERS! ALWAYS VERY CAREFUL NEVER BEEN DUPED BEFORE, WILL NEVER BE AGAIN!

I ordered a pair of Uggs last week. I clicked to process the payment and received an email saying it was unsuccessful. Because the website looked so real (almost identical to the genuine Uggs website), I processed it again (stupid STUPID me). Before I knew it, I had TWO confirmations for the purchased goods. I emailed the help desk and they kindly replied back saying they will refund me for the first order and my boots will be on their way soon. This was a week ago. Who knows if I will ever receive the boots. After reading all these comments I am quite certain they will be fakes. I cancelled my card after my boyfriend gave me the "101 guide of internet shopping". My bank also immediately confirmed that the address is a Chinese one more than likely a complete waste of time. I hope I at least receive the boots, after all I have been charged twice for a pair of fakes. With the new bank card (and its charges) I might as well have gone into a store and gotten a genuine pair without all this hassle. Don`t let this happen to you!

has just been caught by this website and totally devasted. Ordered them yesterday and when i didnt receive a confirmation email panicked. Now i have contacted barclaycard and they said i have to wait 21st march then call them back and they will investigate. I am very upset that i might loose £73 for what looks like fake boots. gutted. If barclaycard know about this company why the hell are they authorising payments?

I also ordered some UGGs from this site and received them yesterday, 3 weeks later. I too was concerned about the site being faked and tried unsuccessfully to cancel my transaction with my credit card provider. I actually called the 'customer service' department in China who said they did not have the authority to cancel the transaction. I also sent an email to them and they informed me that the order had been processed and they were unable to cancel the transaction. However, I have to say the boots are very nice and do actually look authentic. Everyone at work has been complimenting me on how nice they are. I was so worried as to whether I would receive them and what they would like but I have to say I am actually quite pleased.

i stupidly ordered a 2 pairs of these boots about 3 weeks ago with a credit card, i got the same e-mail after i had been to the check out, i therefore didnt go back on to the website, as i thought payment was sucsessful! still had no contact from them... how long did it take for peoples boots to arrive? so annoyed i have only just now come across this site now. As it was my dad credit card, i must speak with him to see if any payment had been taken, hopefully im lucky enough and no payment was taken!

After reading all these posts and emailing the company 3 times with no response i've called Santander, they've cancelled my card and are going to try to re-claim my money! Gutted never been duped before, but hey a big lesson learnt!
I'd advise anyone who's paid using their cards, to get them cancelled.

I've done the same thing on Sunday ordered a pair from www.2009uggsale.com! Not received the boots yet, don't really want to receive them now anyway, as you're all saying they're fake!
Nothing we can do i Guess! I better call my bank and see if they think anything should be done to protect my bank account...just in case.
After payment, the screen also went blank, should have known then there was something wrong!
for those who have reiceved their boots how long did they take to arrive. I've emailed them and everything but no response!
Is there anything that can be done?

I just did the same as everyone else and bought a pair of ugg boots from this site. The screen went blank after i'd filled in my payment details. I then got an email with an order number that said that I had to complete the payment before my order could be processed. I got very stresed then and started looking through the rest of the website and that stupid chinese message kept on appearing. I then googled uggstore.cc and came upon this site. I thankfully managed to block my credit card so they cant recieve the money. But thank you so much for the original post as if I hadn't have read it they would have had a chance to take my money! Cheers!

Any advice would be appreciated.

once bitten twice shy.
pity the credit card companies are allowing payments to go through before checking with you. especially as it is such a big fraud.

I am so glad I checked this website before going further, I had just clicked proceed to check out when my husband told me I should check if it was a genuine store.
Thank you for putting your comments, it's been useful to me (it looks like many have not been so lucky).

I have yesterday ordered a pair of ugg boots from uggstore.cc and when completing the payment the screen went blank. I didnt receive an order number so have no point of reference, I tried contacting them but got the same message as mentioned above with the chinese error messages. I have since reading this information tried calling our credit to put a stop on the money before it is withdrawn, however our credit card will not do anything to stop the payment until we go through the process of having the money withdrawn and seeing if we receive our good. Very unhelpful I think...Do not buy from Uggstore.cc

Hiya,

I really can't believe this... I just ordered mine on line on friday evening, after my order went through i saw your link about this company being bogus!.. i went straight to my branch yesterday morning and the only thing i can suggest is, place an immediate stop on your card as these kind of people will take more money out of your account.. contact debit services and they can arrange for a full refund as i am not sure who you guys bank with but barclays are fully aware of this company and refund can be put in place..

I am hoping they cant take the money as a they have called for the money but as my card has been stopped i am hoping the money doesnt get taken.

I really hope this comment was useful..

SO SO upset about this!

Have you heard anything back?
