Just google just answer and you will see all the scam reports. now just answer is trying to change to continue scamming folks to www.pearl.com SCAM ALERT! FRAUD ALERT! WWW.JUSTANSWER CHANGING TO WWW.PEARL.COM FRAUD ALERT!

I paid the $5 to ask a question. the answer came from a bit, I never was able to speak to someone and couldn't discuss specifics . After I put in my credit card info I received an email that I would be charged $60 monthly. why would I need to pay monthly for a one time question. I just called and had it cancelled. If you try to charge my card I will file a police fraud report.I did contact my bank to not allow charges from this company. They won't even give me back the $5. I would say this is fraud. unless you plan to use $60 worth of questions a month.

Beware of any company which automatically enrolls you into a monthly membership.

I am being billed for Pearl.com services every month. Since I just learned this is a scam, how do I close it?
